We were only able to use ONE of these butter warmers at a recent Crab Feed, because the other one was damaged upon arrival. The clear glass votive candle holder was shattered. I did not contact the seller for a return or replacement, as I felt that was too much trouble (on my part). We have used other butter warmers in the past - the kind without clear glass involved in the design, and that's what we will buy again in the future.
